About Worklynq

What is Worklynq?

Worklynq is one platform to run your business. It brings your team, your work, your documents, your tools, and AI into one place, so you spend less time searching and coordinating and more time running the business. It’s made of modules you switch on or off, so a café, a construction company, and a software team each get a Worklynq that fits them.

Who is it for?

Businesses that need it most: local shops, restaurants and cafés, contractors and trades, salons and studios, franchise locations — and software and services teams too. If your work lives in spreadsheets, sticky notes, and a dozen apps that don’t talk to each other, Worklynq is built for you. See the industry guides.

When can I start using it?

Worklynq is in development, and the beta opens in December 2026. Request a demo to see it now and to be among the first to get access.

How much does it cost?

Worklynq is priced per person: Basic $19, Advance $39, or Premium $69 per person per month — or $199, $399, or $699 per person per year. Every module is included in every plan. AI coding agents (Claude and Cursor) run on your own account with those providers, and they bill you for that usage directly. See Plans & billing.

Setting up

Can you set up our workspace for us?

Yes. Email info@cohesync.com with your company name, the workspace address you’d like, your admin’s name and email, your type of business, and your plan. We create the workspace and email your admin a link to choose a password; it works once and lasts 7 days. The first time they sign in, setup opens so they can choose modules, ticket types, and invite the team.

Do I have to use every module?

No. When you sign up, Worklynq turns on the modules that fit your type of business, and your System Admin can turn off anything you don’t need. Your sidebar only shows the modules that are on, in the order you choose, so a restaurant never sees release planning and a software team never sees store schedules. See Modules.

Can I change my modules or ticket types later?

Yes. Your System Admin can turn modules on or off, and change their order in the sidebar, anytime in Admin console → Work Configuration → Modules — with a preview of what the team will see, and a button to go back to the recommended set. Turning a module off only hides it — nothing is deleted, and it comes back as you left it. Ticket types can be renamed, given different stages, or added at any time.

My industry isn’t listed. Can I still use Worklynq?

Yes. Pick the business type that’s closest — Operations if your work happens every day at a place, Projects if it comes in jobs with a start and an end, Software if you build and release a product. Then choose ticket types from any industry in the library, or create your own. And tell us what you do — it helps us add the right ready-made setups.

My business does more than one thing. Is that a problem?

No. You can use more than one way of organizing work in the same workspace — for example, run your stores day to day as Operations and track a new store opening as a Project.

Who on my team sets it up?

The person who signs up becomes the System Admin. They go through setup, invite everyone else, and are the only one who can change modules. See Getting started.

Tools and AI

Which tools does Worklynq connect to today?

GitHub, Claude, Cursor, Square (point of sale, including clock-in), QuickBooks Online (accounting), Mailchimp (promo emails), and your own software as a custom app work today, and Claude and ChatGPT can connect to Worklynq. Email and calendars, chat, other point-of-sale and accounting systems, and social media connections roll out through the beta. See Integrations.

Can I use Worklynq from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Add Worklynq as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in, and approve it. Then you can ask about your work, update tickets and docs, or build a dashboard from the conversation — with your own permissions, and only the changes you allow. Claude Code and Cursor connect too. See Connect your AI.

Can I just ask Worklynq to do something?

Yes — open Assist on any page and ask, by typing or talking: “start my shift”, “what’s still waiting at Main Street?”, “open Order Tracking”. It acts as you, and asks before it changes anything.

Can I put Worklynq on a TV in my store?

Yes. Open Order Tracking or Operations, click Show on TV, and connect the TV with a code — most TV browsers, a Fire TV stick, or a tablet work. The TV can show open orders, today’s tasks, and who’s on duty. See TV screens.

Can Worklynq show data from our own software?

Yes. Your developers add a small, read-only data feed to your app using our one-page spec, and your System Admin connects it as a custom app. Its data then works in dashboards and reports like Square or QuickBooks.

Do I need my own Claude or Cursor account?

Only if you want AI coding agents to work on tickets. You connect your own API key, and that provider bills your account for what the agents use. You can set limits on how long and, for Claude, how much each session may run.

Which AI does Worklynq use?

Worklynq’s built-in AI uses models hosted on Amazon Bedrock. Your company can also set up its own Claude or OpenAI key and choose those models for things like building and explaining dashboards and summarizing reports. AI coding agents use Claude (Anthropic) or Cursor (Anysphere) through your own account with them.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We don’t use your content to train AI models, and we don’t use it for advertising. See Security & data.

Can I trust what the AI says or does?

AI can be wrong, so Worklynq is built for people to stay in charge: answers link to their sources, AI only sees what the person asking is allowed to see (and never other people’s personal pages), and AI agents propose changes as pull requests your team reviews before anything is merged.

Your data

Where is my data stored?

In the United States, with Google Cloud (the application, databases, and files) and Amazon Web Services (email and AI models).

Is my data kept separate from other companies?

Yes. Every company gets its own private workspace at its own address, with its own database. Inside your workspace, roles and permissions decide what each person can see.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Your data belongs to your company. If you close your workspace, you can export your content within 30 days; after that we delete it from our systems within 30 days and from backups within a further 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep something.
