Terms of Use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These terms cover your use of Worklynq, the work platform operated by Cohesync Inc. (“Cohesync”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or using Worklynq, you agree to them. If you use Worklynq for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.

1. The service

Worklynq helps teams manage projects, products, releases and business operations: tickets, sprints and backlogs, roadmaps, documents, dashboards, an AI assistant, and AI coding agents that can work on tickets. Each customer gets its own workspace.

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password safe and don’t share your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
  • A workspace’s administrators decide who can join it, what each person can see and do, and which tools are connected. They can also remove members.
  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Worklynq.

3. Your content

Your content is everything you or your team put into Worklynq: tickets, comments, documents, files, images and the like. You own your content. You give us permission to store, process, copy and display it only as needed to run Worklynq for you, keep it secure, and support you. We don’t sell your content.

For business customers, our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms and sets out how we process personal data in your workspace on your behalf.

You’re responsible for your content and for having the right to upload it.

4. AI features and agents

  • AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it, especially for important decisions.
  • If your workspace connects an AI coding agent (such as Claude or Cursor), the agent can read the tickets you send it and make changes in the code repositories you connect, including opening pull requests. Your team decides what to review, merge and deploy, and is responsible for those changes.
  • AI providers process your content to give you results; see our Privacy Policy for who they are. We don’t use your content to train AI models.
  • Agent sessions have time and cost limits. AI usage on a connected provider account (for example your own Anthropic or Cursor account) is billed to that account by that provider.

5. Connected tools

You can connect other services, such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Gmail, Claude or Cursor. When you do, you let Worklynq access that service on your workspace’s behalf, within the permissions you approve. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms. We’re not responsible for them, and you can disconnect them at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Worklynq to:

  • break the law or anyone else’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
  • upload malware, or try to break into, overload or disrupt Worklynq or other people’s workspaces;
  • get around access controls, usage limits or security measures;
  • send spam or harass people;
  • copy or resell Worklynq, or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend access that puts Worklynq, our customers or others at risk. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first.

7. Plans and billing

Some plans are paid. The price, number of seats and billing period are shown when you choose a plan. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and don’t include taxes, which you’re responsible for. If a payment fails, we may limit your workspace until it’s resolved. We’ll give notice before changing prices for your plan.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving Worklynq, so features may change, and some may be labelled as early or beta. We work to keep Worklynq available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we ever remove something significant you rely on, we’ll tell you in advance where we can.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Worklynq at any time. Workspace administrators can ask us to close the workspace. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When a workspace closes, administrators can ask for an export of its content before it’s deleted. After closing, we delete workspace content within a reasonable time, except where we must keep something by law.

10. Disclaimers

Apart from what these terms say, Worklynq is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cohesync isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Worklynq is limited to the amount you paid us for Worklynq in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100 if you haven’t paid us anything. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or to Worklynq will be decided exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. Before going to court, we’d both try to resolve the issue informally first: contact us and we’ll work with you in good faith for at least 30 days. Nothing here stops either side from asking a court for urgent relief to protect its rights or data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you through Worklynq or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Worklynq after that means you accept the updated terms.
